Este bootloader nos permite flashear un nuevo programa con un simple adaptador USB-RS232, y adem\u00e1s configura el microcontrolador para usar un reloj exteno de entre 8 y 16MHz. Siguiendo el <a href=\"http:\/\/ww1.microchip.com\/downloads\/en\/DeviceDoc\/doc8059.pdf\">datasheet<\/a>&nbsp;de este chip, vemos que los pines 14 (RX) y 15 (TX) nos van a servir para enviarle un nuevo programa desde nuestro PC usando el cable USB. Si usamos Linux y tenemos avrdude instalado, podemos conectar el cable USB y lanzar un comando como este:<\/p>\n<p><em>avrdude -v -patmega1284p -carduino -P\/dev\/ttyUSB0 -b115200 -D -Uflash:w:\/home\/usuario\/sd2iec-xxxxx-larsp-m128p.bin<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El truco aqu\u00ed es pulsar y soltar el reset en la placa mas o menos al mismo tiempo que lanzamos el comando, hasta que veamos que el avrdude empieza a transmitir el firmware al microcontrolador. Es un proceso que dura unos cuantos segundos, as\u00ed que veremos enseguida cuando lo hemos hecho bien. Puede costar mas de un intento, pero probando unas cuantas veces lo acabamos consiguiendo.<\/p>\n<p>Con el firmware ya instalado, pasamos a montar el circuito definitivo. Vamos a utilizar un slot para tarjetas Micro SD que ya viene preparada para usar se\u00f1ales de 5V, en lugar de los niveles de 3.3V que necesitan estas tarjetas. Necesitaremos tambi\u00e9n un par de leds indicadores de color verde y rojo junto con sus respectivas resistencias limitadoras, y un par de pulsadores para cambiar de disco (adem\u00e1s de un pulsador para resetear el microcontrolador, que siempre viene bien). Descomprimimos en la tarjeta el contenido del subdirectorio PROGRAMS, y creamos un nuevo subdirectorio C64 donde guardar nuestros programas e im\u00e1genes de disco .D64. Conectamos el circuito a nuestro C64, le damos corriente y probamos a listar el contenido de la tarjeta:<\/p>\n<p>LOAD\u00bb$\u00bb,8<\/p>\n<p>LIST<\/p>\n<p>Si todo est\u00e1
